1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Your training package is created by me, your ISSA certified personal trainer based on your goals, health history, and fitness level. It begins with a thorough consultation followed by a comprehensive fitness assessment. This will enable me to discover the starting point of the biggest journey of your life. I will then be able to create a tailored program just for you – and then the work begins!
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
A fitness assessment is a great way for you to determine your current level of fitness. Using these results, I will develop a tailored fitness plan and discuss with you the impact your fitness level has on your quality of life now and into the future. The assessments consist of tests that measure resting heart rate, height and weight, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, measurements, and aerobic capacity.
BODY COMPOSITION
I will also perform a body fat composition test with skinfold calipers. This method involves measuring the skinfold thickness of the layer of fat just under the skin in several parts of the body with the calipers. The results are then calculated and the percentage of body fat is determined. Body girth measurements will also be performed which includes waist, hip, chest, arm, and thigh circumference.
TRAINING
Once we have completed the initial testing and data collection, we will book your first personal training session. This initial session will begin with a discussion of your program, followed by a 60-minute training session where I will work 1-on-1 with you. Each workout is created based on your goals, health history, and fitness level. The workout is performed under my supervision to ensure your safety and efficiency. It is going to be challenging. It is going to be relevant – and you are going to love the results!

One month x 3 sessions per week $300+gst
One month x 4 sessions per week $350+gst
One month x 5 sessions per week $400+gst
