Just like 1-on-1 personal training I give 110% every time I workout and every time I am in charge of someone else’s workout. Motivating others is my life, my passion, and my daily pursuit. Small group training works! Everyone needs a coach, a cheerleader. You will get better results if you have a professional guiding you. We all need an extra push to reach our goals. How does it work?
I will consult with your small group to figure out your common goals and motivations. I will create a program that takes account of your starting point and then you can bet I will dedicate myself to helping you get the body you want. Nothing fancy, nothing trendy, and nothing wimpy…… just the basics of Personal Training that work. You will sweat. You will be held accountable for your diet. You will hate my guts. You are stronger than you think and I am here to motivate you to find that strength. You will work hard, you will fight to find the body you want, you will succeed, and you will change your life.
