Ingredients: 2/3 c. vanilla almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened) 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 heaping tablespoon 100% pumpkin- NOT the pie filling 1 tsp. Vanilla Protein powder 1 egg Whisk ingredients.  Dip both sides of a sprouted whole wheat or high protein, whole grain bread of choice.  Using non-stick spray or a lightly oiled griddle, fry both sides of the french toast.
