Christal began her journey with me on 18th August 2010. She had been struggling with her weight for some time and had just been diagnosed with high blood pressure.

Here she is at her starting weight of 241 pounds.

I started Christal on a gruelling program of intense workouts.  No two workouts were the same.  Sometimes she would do half an hour of boxing with me, ending with 12 rounds of tabata, other times I would push her though a weighted circuit routine – she is a warrior!  Christal’s transformation is a true reflection of her character.  Not once did she give me less than 110%.  Here are some pics of her on Sept 15th 2010:

 

I am in the process of collating her data and hope to have it here in the next couple of days – I can’t wait to share her progress with you!

What I can tell you for sure is that she has lost a staggering 20lbs and is looking  amazing! Here is Christal on December 14th 2010.  These pics really show how much flatter her stomach area has become – and her new waistline!  Way to go Christal!

The amazing shrinking woman!

Finally I am able to post some more pics of Christal taken in January 2011.  Christal is now running intervals on the treadmill at least 3 times per week and meets with me once a week during her lunch hour for a quick butt kick! Our schedules don’t mesh as well as they did but we are squeezing in workouts when we can and she is still making excellent progress!  Check these pics out ….
