Hey you I just had to send you this one year ago tomorrow my youngest daughter turned one and not sure if you remember or not but that was my “goal date ” I got on the scales that night and weighed in (from the original 240) at 160 lbs. I was so psyched. So tonight one year later I jumped back on the much hated gym scales and weighed in at 157
and wearing my size 7 jeans (down from an 18) proudly yeah me lol. The point to my book is that it is exactly one year later and the weight is still off!
I could not have done it without your help. I just want you to know how much your encouragement meant to me. You’re the bomb and I thought you should know. To celebrate I did a totally awesome Kick ass Vicki King leg work out that should pretty much paralyze me for tomorrow. I even upped my weights by 10 lbs and pushed through!
